Privacy Notice

Your privacy matters. This notice explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. We make every reasonable effort to keep your information secure.

What we collect

• Your email address and authentication details (used to sign in).
• The details you add to your profile, such as your name, company name, and address.
• The information you enter or import while using the app, such as your hardware, software, domains, and plugins, with their costs and renewal dates (so we can save your work).
• Basic payment details processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• If you arrive through an affiliate link, a referral code that identifies the affiliate (see "Cookies" below).

How we use it

• To give you access to your account and your saved data.
• To process your purchase through Stripe.
• To credit an affiliate when you purchase after arriving through their link.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers we need to run the app: our hosting provider, Stripe for payments, and the affiliate program provider (which receives the referral code and the purchase, so the affiliate can be credited). We share only what is needed to deliver the service.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and continue to improve.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage for sign-in and session management. If you arrive through an affiliate link, we also store a referral code in your browser for up to 90 days, so the affiliate can be credited if you purchase. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing alert@positivelysuccess.com. Account deletion will remove your data; some records (for example, payment receipts) may be retained where required by law.
